To ensure that your peanut butter roll comes out perfectly every time, here are some tips and tricks to keep in mind:

Firstly, make sure that your peanut butter and confectioners’ sugar are both at room temperature before mixing them together. This will make it easier to combine the ingredients and will result in a smoother filling.

When rolling out the dough for the peanut butter roll, be sure to sprinkle a generous amount of powdered sugar on your work surface and rolling pin. This will prevent the dough from sticking and tearing, and will make it easier to roll out to the desired thickness.

To prevent the peanut butter filling from oozing out of the sides of the roll, leave about 1 inch of space around the edges when spreading it on the dough. This will ensure that the filling stays contained within the roll and doesn’t spill out during baking.

When rolling up the peanut butter roll, use a gentle but firm touch to avoid tearing the dough. If the dough does tear, simply pinch it back together and continue rolling.

Before slicing the peanut butter roll into pinwheels, place it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. This will firm up the dough and make it easier to cut cleanly.

If you’re having trouble getting the pinwheels to hold their shape, try using toothpicks to hold them in place while they cool. Once they’re fully set, you can remove the toothpicks and serve.

With these tips in mind, your peanut butter roll is sure to come out perfectly every time. Enjoy!
