Ayurveda + Positive Healing Retreat 

I’m going through such happy changes in life. From stopping my much loved #OmgBaconJam to turning vegetarian last June and then going to Kerala to study Ayurveda, my life has truly transformed. Big credit of adding so much conviction and positivity in my life goes to Chetna. I went to couple of Chakra Healing Sessions with her and later signed up for positive coaching and we chalked out plan for life. I wanted to focus on nurturing my body, upping my work game and most importantly, to be truly Amrita of Life.

I’m so thrilled to announce our association together where we ahve planned a beautiful retreat where I’ll be cooking meals for all the participants. I’m extremely excited for that. Our first retreat this year starts with the magic of Positve Healing and Ayurveda. A combination that can heal anyone!

4 days of a magical healing journey at our sacred Healing Centre in Kamshet where our Positivity Angel, Chetna, will help you heal your pain, shift your mindset and align yourself to your highest good. It’s time to heal, it’s time to exhale the past and inhale the future. 

Adding to this, Amrita Rana of Life Ki Recipe will use the principles of Ayurveda to support with food that will help balance your mind, body and soul. 

Here’s a quick look at the sessions you will go through over the course of 3 days.

Thursday – Arrival/Day 1
5:30 – 6:30 pm – The Sharing Circle
This will be a meet and greet that will allow all of us to get to know each other a little. During this session we will talk about why we are at the retreat and what do we expect to gain from the next 3 days. 
We will also explain the format and set the tone for the next three days.

6:30-7:30 pm – Root Chakra Healing
We begin our journey with a Root Chakra Healing. The aim of this healing session is to connect with Mother Earth, balance and align our Chakras to her energies and become aware of our obstacles, replacing them with the ray abundance.

8:30 pm – Dinner

The rest of the evening is free for participants to relax, mingle with each other and introspect as they retire for the night.

Friday – Day 2
10:00 – 11:00 am – Breakfast

11:00 am to 12:30 pm – Our Circle Of Emotions
This is a session where we will understand the concept of “duality” and become aware of the true functions of our so-called “negative emotions”. This session also involves a writing and sharing exercise to break through a situation or problem corresponding to one of these emotions. The aim is to learn how to make conscious choices in our daily lives.

1:00 pm – Lunch

2:30 – 4:30 pm – The Forgiveness Practice
This session involves a mix of writing, sharing and meditative exercises to understand forgiveness, how to practice it and to start the process by cutting cords. This session sets people on a 21 day forgiveness practice giving them tools to continue with even after they leave on Sunday.

4:30 – 5:30 pm – Tea/Coffee break 

5:30-6:30 Session 1 – Basics Of Ayurveda

In this session we will understand the basic concepts of Ayurveda and their application in daily life for healthier and happier self.

6:30 – 7:30 pm – Sacral Chakra Healing
We end this day of “letting go” by cleansing and aligning our Sacral Chakra. This guided meditation helps bring all our emotions into balance and allows us to break unhealthy emotional, thinking and behaviour patterns.

8:30 pm – Dinner

The rest of the evening is free for participants to relax, mingle with each other and introspect as they retire for the night.

Saturday – Day 3
10:00 – 11:00 am – Breakfast 

11:00 am – 12:00 pm – The Sharing Circle
We will spend an hour in the morning sharing some of the thoughts or emotions that have come to the fore through the last two days.

12:00 – 1:00 pm – The Gratitude Practice
This session involves understanding “gratitude” and learning how to build a strong practice. Always remember, true gratitude is the cord that binds our Circle Of Positivity. This session also sets people on a 40 day gratitude practice.

1:00 pm – Lunch

2:30 – 4:30 pm – Manifesting with Positivity
This session introduces participants to a beautiful 4-step process – awareness, acceptance, intention and change. We work with ourselves using visualisations and writing exercises to create a vision for the coming  months and outlining a plan with a concrete to-do list. Be it a personal desire or a professional ambition, this 4-step process helps people evolve by making conscious choices.

4:30 – 5:30 pm – Tea/Coffee break 

5:30-6:30 Session 2 – Basics Of Ayurveda

In this session we will understand the basic concepts of Ayurveda and their application in daily life for healthier and happier self.

6:30 – 7:30 pm – Solar Plexus Chakra Healing
Inner strength and authentic self are the themes of day three’s Chakra Healing session. Through our Solar Plexus Chakra we allow our light to shine bright -accepting who we have been, loving who we are and confidently choosing who we are to become. 

8:00 – 9:00 pm – Everyday Ayurveda cooking demo followed by dinner

The rest of the evening is free for participants to relax, mingle with each other and introspect as they retire for the night.

Sunday – Day 4
10:00 – 11:00 am – Breakfast

11:00 am – 12:30 pm – Heart Chakra Healing
We bring our 4-day retreat to a close with the Heart Chakra Healing. This blissful guided meditation allows participants to discover their sacred heart space and how to create a life of oneness from this soul space.

1:00 pm – Lunch 

The rest of the day is free for participants to relax and we can leave around 3pm.

Fee: Rs 21,000 (includes all healing sessions, stay at PurrOM, exclusive Ayurveda meals – breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner, and transport by mini van/bus*)

*Mini van/bus pickup will be from a common point.

Terms of Payment: Full payment to be made to confirm the spot. If cancellation is made 10 days in advance, 75% of the total cost will be refunded.

Amrita started her food journey as a food blogger and soon became famous as the Bacon Jam Girl. She takes cooking workshops and does food styling for various restaurants and brands. She has also studied Ayurveda in Kerala and now practices the principles of Ayurveda in her food as well as lifestyle. She is slowly evolving into a Food and Health Consultant who uses the principles of Ayurveda to help her clients heal their bodies and lifestyles.
